All customers have 24-hour access inside of the facility to access their unit.
What are the lease terms?
Our leases are available month-to-month. With our flexible leases, customers are able to store with us for as long as they need.
What documentation do I need to rent a storage unit?
You’ll need to provide a valid, government-issued form of identification (e.g., driver’s license, state ID or passport).
Do you offer vehicle parking?
We offer unit sizes that are perfect for cars, motorcycles, ATVs, sports equipment and other recreational equipment. Contact us for availability and rates.
How do I determine which unit size to rent?
Contact us or use an online storage calculator. Create a list of everything you plan to store and be sure to jot down the quantity of each item. Be sure to have a budget in mind as well.
What security features are in place?
Exit 9 Self Storage works hard to maintain a safe storage facility with 24 hour video surveillance, perimeter fencing, and controlled gate access. Our onsite managers also monitor the facility throughout the day and the units are well maintained and cleaned.
How do I rent a storage unit?
Our website is designed to make the online rental process quick and easy – but feel free to stop by Exit 9 Self Storage and rent a unit in-person or just give us a call.
Can I pay my storage bill online?
Absolutely! Paying online is a convenient way to pay your storage bill but you also have the option to sign up for autopay. With autopay we’ll automatically deduct your monthly charges from a credit card, debit card, or bank account. If you would rather pay in-person, please stop by during office hours.
What am I NOT allowed to store?
Please don’t store anything illegal, flammable, hazardous, chemicals, living plants, animals, food, or anything that you would consider irreplaceable.
